A household plan with a person at the end of it
Valet started from a pattern: a busy household pays one person to clean, another for laundry, a third for errands, and spends Sunday coordinating all of them.
Haiyan built one plan with one lead at the center, so a text goes to one person who has been in your home. Four leads each own one part of the menu, and a team of 25 covers the visits.
