Errands and let-ins
Someone you've met, at your door
For households that can't be home for the plumber, the delivery or the dry cleaning. Rayan runs the errands and the key log.
An errand is a task with a start and an end: collect this, return that, wait for this crew. You get a photo and a receipt. A let-in is a visit with a log: who arrived, when, and when they left.

A few questions about this service
Do you hold a key?
Yes, one key on one tag, with a written log. How it's stored and what happens if it's lost is on the policies page.
Can you let in a repair crew?
Yes, on the Full concierge plan or as an add-on. We stay while they work and send a note when they leave.
What can't you pick up?
Prescriptions, alcohol and tobacco, and anything that needs a signature on a legal or financial document.
Need someone at the door?
Tell us what's arriving and when. We'll text back to set up the first one.
