Home care
The standing clean, kept to your house card
For households that want the same clean on the same day without explaining it twice. Two visits a month or weekly, by the plan.
The lead follows one checklist every visit, so the fourth clean matches the first. Notes you leave in a text go onto the house card and are there next time.

How the price works for this service
What moves the number
Home size and bathrooms set where a plan starts. Pets that shed, time since the last clean and the days you want can add to it.
What a plan includes
A plan holds a set quantity of this service each month, so there is no price per room. The plans page shows what each plan holds and its terms.
When you get the number
After the walk-through and before the first bill, in a text you can answer with a yes or a question.
A visit
How a visit goes
- 01
Step 1: A text when the lead is on the way
You get her first name again and the time she will arrive.
- 02
Step 2: The house card first
She reads your card and any note you added since last time.
- 03
Step 3: Top to bottom, floors last
Dusting and wiping, then bathrooms and kitchen, then floors on the way out.
- 04
Step 4: A recap and a locked door
You get what was done and what wasn't, and the door is locked the way the card says.

A few questions about this service
How long is a standing clean?
Three hours on Essentials and Household, four on Full concierge. The first visit runs longer so the routine starts from a clean base.
What do you clean with?
We bring cloths, a vacuum and a mop. Products are named on your house card, and fragrance-free ones are available on request. Tell us about any surface a product shouldn't touch.
Can I skip a week?
Yes. Text us by 6 p.m. the day before, and the visit is moved or skipped. A visit canceled with less than 24 hours' notice counts as used.
Want a standing clean?
Tell us your neighborhood and the day that suits you. We'll text back to set a walk-through.
