Privacy policy

Valet Home Concierge collects what you give us: your name, phone number, neighborhood and what you'd like help with, through our form, by phone, by text and by email.

What we use it for

To reply to you, schedule a walk-through, run your plan and send recap texts. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for anything else.

Keys, door codes and alarm codes

Codes you share are kept in a restricted record that the lead for your home and the household manager can read. Key and code use is logged. When you cancel, we return your key and delete the codes within 30 days.

Who else sees it

Service providers that help us run the business, such as our texting and billing tools, see what they need to do their job and nothing else. We share information when the law requires it.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold by writing to hello@valethomeconcierge.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version replaces this one on this page.
