Laundry and linens
Washed, folded and back in the same drawer
For households where the laundry is always one load behind. We do it to your rules and put it where you keep it.
Thandi sets your routine at the walk-through: fabrics, temperatures, what never goes in the dryer, how you fold a towel. Loads are done in your machine unless you tell us otherwise.

Price
How the price works for this service
What moves the number
How many loads a month you want and how many people live in the home. Bedding and towels count as loads of their own.
What a plan includes
A plan holds a set quantity of this service each month, so there is no price per room. The plans page shows what each plan holds and its terms.
When you get the number
After the walk-through, in a text. Extra loads are priced by the load on your house card.

A few questions about this service
Do you wash in my machine?
Yes, by default. If your building has no machine, we'll say so at the walk-through and talk through what's possible.
How many loads is a household?
Most households of two or three start at eight a month. The plans page shows the count each plan holds.
What happens to things that need dry cleaning?
We hold them for you and ask first. Dry-cleaning pickup and return is an errand, and it counts against your plan's errands.
Ready to stop folding?
Tell us how many people live in the home and what a normal week looks like. We'll text back.
